01Who we are

Kova is provided by Fayeed Pawaskar ("we", "us"). Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@liftwithkova.app.

02Acceptance

By using Kova, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you get Kova through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with it on the app license, Apple's agreement wins.

03Health & safety

Kova offers movement guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Kova cannot see everything about your body, and its camera feedback can be wrong. Move within your range and never into pain. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unsafe discomfort.

If you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery or managing a condition, check with a healthcare professional before you start.

You are responsible for your own safety and for your practice space.

04Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use Kova (16 or older in the EEA and UK), with parental consent where the law requires it.

05Kova Plus subscriptions

Kova is free to download, and your first guided practice is free.

Kova Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, billed through your Apple ID. The price and period are shown before you buy.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

06AI coach

Optional features use third-party AI to generate plans and text. This output may be imperfect and is not professional advice. Kova's safety rules still decide which poses you are offered.

07Acceptable use

Do not misuse Kova, reverse engineer it, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that risks harm to yourself or others.

08Intellectual property

The Kova app, brand, content, routines and coaching systems belong to Fayeed Pawaskar. You keep ownership of what you write.

09Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings > Account > Delete account.

10Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Kova is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your consumer rights in the EU and UK.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE], without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.

12Changes

We will post any updates to these terms here and update the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
