Feedback that pays attention
Video classes assume you already know what good form feels like. Kova reads your whole body with on-device pose tracking and responds with calm, spoken cues while the movement is still happening.
About
Kova is an AI yoga and pilates coaching app for iPhone and iPad. Most at-home apps solve access: they make it easier to press play. Kova is built for the part that comes after, when your body is trying to follow an instruction and nobody is there to notice what actually happened.
Kova is an independent app made by Fayeed Pawaskar. It is available to pre-order on the App Store, with release expected on November 30, 2026.
Video classes assume you already know what good form feels like. Kova reads your whole body with on-device pose tracking and responds with calm, spoken cues while the movement is still happening.
Pose tracking runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad. Your camera feed is never uploaded, never stored, and never leaves your device.
A short intake builds a personalized 4-week plan that blends yoga and pilates, then rebalances each week around what you completed and how it felt.
Kova supports home practice with form cues, breath pacing, and adaptive plans. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose injuries, and it does not replace a clinician or a great in-person teacher.
The journal and pose library are published by Fayeed Pawaskar under the same principles as the app: specific cues over vague ones, comfort and consistency as real progress, and clear boundaries around medical advice.
