Which devices does Kova support?

Accepted Answer

Kova is built for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. An Android version is not planned for launch.

How does the form coaching actually work?

Accepted Answer

Prop your device up so it can see your whole body. Kova uses on-device pose estimation to read your alignment in real time and offers gentle, spoken cues.

Completely. Pose tracking runs entirely on your device using the Neural Engine. Your camera feed is never uploaded, never stored, and never leaves your phone.

Question 5

Accepted Answer

Just a mat and a way to prop your phone or iPad upright. During setup you can tell Kova which props you own.

Question 6

I'm a total beginner. Is Kova for me?

Accepted Answer

Especially for you. The intake learns your experience level, and your plan starts with gentle foundations and plenty of guidance.

Question 7

Yoga, pilates, or both?

Accepted Answer

Both, blended. Your plan weaves mobility-focused yoga with stability-focused pilates based on how you want to feel.

Question 8

How much will it cost?

Accepted Answer

Kova is free to download, and your first practice is free. Kova Plus unlocks full plans and live coaching for $12.99 a month or $130.99 a year in the US App Store.

Question 9

Can I practice without the camera on?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every session has an audio-only mode with full breath pacing and verbal cues.

Good to know.
